U.S. Transloading facility is located East of I-75 and 8 Mile Road; it is home to over 90,000 square foot of Warehouse and Storage. The Facility is located on 5.5. Acres site, completely paved in 24” concrete with clay base for environmental safety.
Three Rail Spurs from which we can ship and receive material and equipment. The Transloading Facility offers Rail to Truck reloading, Trucking and Storage services allowing non-rail served business to take advantage of long haul cost saving by using rail.
Storage for up to 32 Railcars on site. Rail Service is provided by CSX, Norfolk Southern, CONRAIL, and Canadian National Railway.
A new state of the art in-ground truck scale, with modern auxiliary equipment. (Certified for an independent truck scale needs as well).
A new (2015) state of the art inside the building (COVERED) Grain Bulk Loading Systems with State Certified Scale.
We can service customer's needs by flatbed trailer, roll-off container, and live loading. 45' ceilings complete with four overhead cranes ranging from 15 to 30 tons, as well as electrical hook-up, and heated workspace. Electrical hook-up of 110, 220, & 440 Volts Current.

Our site is designed to accommodate client material storage and receive; but not limited to the following railcars:

DRY STORAGE
We offer dry storage as a key feature of our comprehensive public warehousing services. Our facilities include over 90,000 square foot of dry storage space. All of this dry storage space is sized sufficient to store high-cube type containers. Each time goods are received at our warehouse, a receipt document is generated, and a copy provided to our customer. Similarly, each shipment from dry storage generates a Bill of Lading & Packing Slip; with which our customer is provided.
Grain Loading Container 20' & 40'/Bulk Agricultural
At USTS, we specialize in the process of loading grains in containerized freight. We transload your grains (soybeans, corn, and wheat), feed grain products (Distillers Dried grains with solubles (DDGS), and soybean meal) and other products based upon your needs. Our services include transloading, drayage, coordinating of grain inspection services, coordination of fumigation services, inventory management and real-time informaton. We deliver your loaded containers to any Rail Terminal (CSX, NS, and CN - We are only 4 Miles away from CN Terminal).
3PL SERVICES
At U.S. Transloading, we can save you time and money by acting when needed as a transportation services broker, and finding the most efficient way to move your goods and materials from your door to your customer's door.
By offering these kinds of third party logistics services, we can handle all the various aspects of storage and freight shipping services for our customers, including all trucking, transloading, and storage.
